In the Claim, AHBE notes that it was insured under a policy covering several losses related to employment practices. The practices include certain acts of wrongful termination along with workplace torts. Additionally, the practices are not limited to the two acts. According to the court documents, AIG was given notice by AHBE on April 2, 2015 that it believed the claims made by Ferry were covered.
Prior to the approval to sale the NBA franchise to Ressler’s group, Ferry and the Hawks ownership had reached an agreement two days earlier on June 22,2015. Their agreement brought to an end a relationship that began in 2012 following the signing of a six- year contract worth $ 18 million.

It takes a special individual to study and to understand its ins and outs, ups and downs and the overall technicalities of the system as many have tried and relinquished to seek other pursuits of less hardship and required lifelong devotion or sacrifice. Yet it is a field that must be both taught and studied nonetheless in order for universities and future generations in any systems of law to have a more complete and cohesive understanding of the legal systems in all of their respective aspects. It goes to say that comparative law is more than essential, though it is a sub-division and branch not required for in-depth studies at every university. Its importance, relevance and overall usefulness to any scholar or practicing agent of the law anywhere in the world stands as but a mere understatement; it must be both taught and practiced however possible.
